Primitivo

Brilliant ruby red, it expresses notes of black cherry, red flowers and pleasant hints of sweet spices on the nose. The taste is fresh and easy to drink, pulpy with a persistent finish, long fruity aftertaste.

Sorma Rosato

It presents a delicate coral pink color. The nose is full, with floral scents perfectly integrated with aromas of grapefruit and apricot. The sip is attractive, denoting freshness and sapidity, with a citrus and intense finish.

Otto

Transparent and brilliant ruby red. The bouquet is large and refined; it presents aromas of red cherries, cocoa, black pepper, red flowers and peppermint. When tasted, you will be surprised by its lively acidic freshness very well balanced by its softness. Long finish with a blood orange flavour.

Negroamaro

The color is an intense ruby red. The olfactory receptors are delighted by pleasant floral aromas, small ripe red fruits and liquorice. The taste is enveloping, dry and at the same time fresh and well balanced. The tannins are gentle and elegant.

Ottorosa

Coral pink, clear and brilliant. The nose is ample and elegant, with hints that go from floral to balsamic. In the mouth it is fresh and tense, with an acidity that well supports the typical fruit of this vine. The finish is silky and persistent with a return of iodine scents.

Sorma Alta Selezione

Beautiful ruby color of great brightness. On the nose it is of stunning beauty: refined aromas of ripe blackberry and cassis, followed by tones of wild strawberries, mint and aromatic herbs, a precious touch of English leather which makes it even more noble. In the mouth it is sapid, with a well balanced body, and a great harmony between its freshness and perfectly ripe tannins. To complete the balance, a long and intense resemblance of the Mediterranean scrub.

Sierma Alta Selezione

Shiny and concentrated ruby coat. Very pure nose, outlining the sweet features of the territory: black cherry, amazing ensemble of wild fruits, mint and myrtle tobacco, a thread of rhubarb and juniper berries. It has an explosive personality in the mouth, where the taste expands without restraint, enriching itself with notes of potpourri and marine scrub, in a growing progression marked by creamy tannins and a disarmingly rounded finish. Very long, outstanding persistence.

Carvinea Metodo Classico Brut Rosè

Soft foam with very fine-grained and very persistent perlage. The colour is of pink onion peel with coppery nuances. The aroma is complex, characterized by fruity and floral notes, enriched by pleasant hints of bread crust. The taste is refined and elegant and accompanied by pleasant freshness and creaminess of the bubbles.

Merula Rosa

Bright coral pink. It displays typical aromas of currants and ripe red cherries with slightly spicy notes on the nose. The palate is lashed by pleasant freshness and good sapidity; persistent and enriched by fruity returns.

Bright straw yellow in colour, with hints of green. The main aromas are of slightly ripe white pulp fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate, consistent with the aroma, shows an interesting acid liveliness and good sapidity.

Lunachiena

Ruby red, it expresses intense aromas of plum and black cherry jam. The taste is fresh, soft and enveloping, with well blended tannins . The finish is long and satisfying with a slightly mineral flavour.

Eliele Metodo Classico Brut Rosè 100 Mesi

Brilliant powder-colored shade with coppery nuances. Refined, pinpoint perlage, with copious and persistent bubbles. According to the classic method, the base wine is refermented in the bottle for approximately 40 days, followed by a period of refinement on the lees of 100 months. The nose is balanced between the fragrance and expressive strength of Aglianico, with beautiful flavors of dog-rose and peach, pomegranate seeds and currants, with a touch of rock salt and almond. Properly balanced body with perfect fresh-savory edge, responsive fruity tones that are enriched by the long persistence of notes of peony and pink grapefruit.
