Flavor Profile

PruneThyme & MintFleshy flowers
It has a shining ruby colour, with a rich consistency. Distinct and decidedly characterful olfactory picture, with aromas of wild fruits and California plum, fleshy flowers that seem profuse in the glass, thyme and mint, a thread of clay and spicy puffs. In the mouth it is a champion of proportion: it has jovial softness, measured tannic texture and a fresh-savory counterbalance to balance everything. Noteworthy is the lengthening in persistence.
