Sierma Alta Selezione

Flavor Profile

Black CherryMint Tobaccowild fruits

Shiny and concentrated ruby coat. Very pure nose, outlined on the sweet features of the territory: black cherry, swirling ensemble of wild fruits, mint tobacco and myrtle, a thread of rhubarb and juniper berries. It has an explosive personality in the mouth, where the taste expands without limits, enriching itself with notes of potpourri and marine scrub, in a growing progression marked by creamy tannins and a disarmingly rounded finish. Very long persistence, from applause to open scene.
