Bright cherry pink. On the nose it displays typical aromas of currants and ripe red cherries and slightly spicy notes. The palate is lashed by a pleasant freshness and important flavor; persistent sip and enriched by fruity returns.

Strain density: 4000 Strains/Ha

Production per hectare: 60 quintals

Harvest: Manually in boxes

Harvest period: first ten days of September grape yield in wine: 60% free-run must

Maceration with the skins: 6-7 hours

Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts.

Aging: On noble lees for 3 months, followed by bottling and marketing.
