Set in the captivating atmosphere of our 16th-century Masseria, each tasting is thoughtfully crafted to offer a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
We currently offer two distinct experiences:
- Ottavianello Wine Experience | Price per person: 40 euros
Featuring a rare Apulian grape variety rediscovered by Carvinea, this experience includes tastings of Ottavianello in three styles: red, rosé, and classic method sparkling. Each wine is paired with traditional Apulian delicacies. - Carvinea Classics Experience | Price per person: 35 euros
A curated selection of three of our most beloved wines: Lucerna (100% Fiano), Merula Rosa rosé (Aglianico and Negroamaro), and your choice of a classic Apulian red—either Primitivo, Negroamaro, or Lunachiena (Aglianico and Negroamaro). These wines are paired with local Apulian delights.
