Flavour Profile
Garnet-red color following aging. Intense and complex bouquet, with aromas of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes of rose and violet. Hints of sweet spices can also be perceived. On the palate, Ottavianello offers a soft and velvety feel, with delicate tannins and a pleasant persistence. With 'aging it has developed more complexity, with notes of dried fruit and more evolved tertiary hints.
